RECENT WORK
I worked with an organization to build and facilitate a two day retreat. The foundation of this retreat was built upon an equity framework, and intention was placed on helping this team develop healthy communicative patterns that would translate into an environment of collective goal setting.
RETREAT
I consulted with my client to come up with a solution for a small sales team. This training focused on ways that their sales team could approach potential clients and make meaningful connections. This is an on-demand series containing five videos that are being used to train their current and future team members.
