MY EXPERIENCE
Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Danielle, and I am a passionate and innovative Instructional Designer that centers diversity, equity, and inclusion in my learning solutions. I have a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Central Florida and have 12 years of experience in the Learning & Development field. I am the founder and CEO of DCG Design, and I have worked with the U.S. government, universities, start-ups, and corporations to provide learning solutions that meet their individual needs.
At the center of everything that I create is the learner. I firmly believe that learning should be rooted in simplicity and practicality, and I use Adult Learning Theory and the ADDIE model to guide the learning experience.
I have expertise in creating and conducting connecting experiences via facilitation, re-treats, e-learning, instructor led training, blended learning, curriculum development, corporate training, and speaking engagements. It’s important to me that I leverage learning through my client’s unique story.

RECENT WORK
I consulted with my client to come up with a solution for a small sales team. This training focused on ways that their sales team could approach potential clients and make meaningful connections. This is an on-demand series containing five videos that are being used to train their current and future team members.

With well over 1000 hours of facilitation experience, at DCG Design my facilitation philosophy is grounded in centering people.
